Pinewood Applications

New Zealand pine is widely used as an excellent packaging and general-purpose building timber, but this extremely versatile timber is also favored for many other uses.

Packing industry

Radiate pine has light weight and good nailing power, therefore it is used extensively in packing industry. Radiate Pine is also termite free, durable, easily available and cost effective. Chaudhary Timber Industries Pvt. Ltd. is providing packing industries with all different sizes as per their requirement.

Construction Industry

Pine wood is used in construction process for its strength and low price. It is used as shuttering at the time of construction. Most preferred sizes purchased by construction companies are: 3”x 2”, 4”x 3”, 5”x 3” (tolerance as per req.). Custom sizes are also available on request.

Plywood Industry

Termite resistance and excellent strength of Pinewood, makes it suitable for the manufacturing of Plywood. Plywood industry also uses pinewood for framing design. The frame sizes manufactured are: 2.5”x 1.25” and 2.5” x .75”. Ripso is used for filing the board by the plywood industries.

Other Uses

Pine wood is widely used in cooling tower, wooden chips and in manufacturing of molding and margin. Tent houses, Event management companies use pine wood for structure designs. Pinewood is also used in the manufacturing of furniture.
